When you are a small company, every penny counts. That’s why when this design firm was ready to renew their lease in this ever rising market, they quickly realized the need to make the footprint of the current suite work. The original suite was designed back in 2014 when they only had 4 employees. Now, 5 years later, they have 11 employees and no conference room for an ever growing client list. It was time to innovate and renovate to maximize every square inch of the office. The results. . . many clients thought they had expanded their suite and were surprised to see all that could be fit into just 1,752 rsf.
