The Brewers at 4001 Yancey is a unique partnership between Southern Tier & Victory brewing companies. To promote their brands into the Southeastern United States, the Client chose a historic warehouse building along the revitalized Light Rail Corridor. This existing historic structure has wood joist roofing, steel bow-trusses, exposed brick walls and raw concrete flooring – creating a ton of built-in character. Redline was selected because of our brewery experience, as well as our unique ability to reinvent older spaces and breathe new life into them while preserving the character. The layout includes a large, continuous bar wrapping around a glass enclosure that houses the brewing equipment. Large, open seating areas circle the bar with family style tables and unique, retro furniture + lighting. This isn’t bar food guys, top chefs have curated unique dishes to keep you coming back for more than just the Golden Monkey IPAs. Beer enthusiasts, get there early. Even with a seating capacity of 500, you’ll be lucky to find an empty seat at this popular destination in the LoSo area.
