Dentsply Sirona is the world’s largest manufacturer of professional dental solutions was in desperate need of a new space that would redefine its brand and provide a transformative experience for its customers—who consist of members of the dental profession from all around the world. Dentsply sought a space to reflect their mission to shape the dental industry with the most innovative solutions while empowering dental professionals.

Challenged with designing a world-class, fully functional, operatory medical teaching facility and showroom in a 25,000 SF shell space located in a traditional office building, the design team focused on impact, storytelling, and clarity to embody both Dentsply Sirona’s legacy of innovation, reflect its mission and connect people, their products, and technology.

Visitors are greeted by a striking back-lit lobby with x-ray graphics. No longer just a showroom, the new space is now a destination and provides visual connectivity to the city beyond just celebrating the community. The experience blends customer engagement with product by integrating areas for training, hospitality and product display. Minimal, geometric displays tell the product story in a visually unified format. Interactive tablets at each display facilitate deeper engagement with the products. Kinetic lighting further creates a unique atmosphere using color and reflections.

Both precise and playful, the design team was able to provide Dentsply Sirona with a space that elevates their sense of passion and pride. In this world-class training facility and showroom, Dentsply Sirona creates a total community and true hospitality experience for its customers.
