For over 160 years, Hale’s Jewelers has been marking life’s most special occasions for generations in Greenville, SC. As one of Greenville’s oldest businesses, Hale’s felt it was time to take the next step to pave the way for the store’s future. This included a beautiful new 8,000 square foot store. The space features a sales floor that speaks to the quality of the brands represented, a state-of-the-art workshop for the most demanding bench jeweler, a lounge area complete with its own bar, and spaces for their vendors and community partners.
As you walk through the doors, you immediately sense you are somewhere special. The cascading windows flood the showroom with natural light and all materials, textures, and colors selections were meticulously selected to represent the brand and create a luxurious experience for customers. The custom lighting fixture, characteristic of a floating jewel, serves as a focal point that brings the entire space together with a flair for opulence and grandeur.
The overall interior intent was to create a customer-centric environment. The showroom is filled with high-end products and the display cases were intentionally designed in such a way to blur the lines between the jewelry and the customer. This allows visitors to interact with the pieces evoking the idea of an approachable luxury.
The store also features a Rolex zone, a Forevermark area, and a private space for additional vendors and community partners. These designated spaces are uniquely distinct, yet together create a cohesive and extravagant retail space.
